Spring Time Detox Recipe

Here is a little treat for everyone who missed out on LoveJoy’s Detox Workshop earlier this month. Ayurvedic Practitioner & LoveJoy Mama, Arezo was kind enough to give recommendations on how we can boost our health by flushing out the excess toxins in our bodies. Below you can find the recipe to her Spring Time Detox Formula.

Enjoy & Happy Detoxing!


1 carrot Carrot
1/4 c Celery Stalk
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1 c Beets
2 tbsp Radish (raw)
1/4 c Parsley (Fresh)
1 clove Garlic (raw)

Recommendations for Preparation & Use of Detox

* use organic ingredients (they are potent and highly concentrated w/o chemicals)

* freshly squeezed juices lose their potency after about 20 minutes, so prepare individual portions and drink immediately, preferably on an empty stomach

* it is recommended to drink the formula in the morning

* it is ok to eat while on this detox

*  do the detox for 3-5 days


Using a  Blender

*chop ingredients

*puree with 4c water


*add black pepper

*enjoy  J


Using a Vegetable Juicer

*start with the parsley

*follow it with the celery

*add the peeled garlic




*pour the juice into cup

*add ground black pepper
